Press On Through Failure
This life isn’t easy, in fact it’s hard. We all have struggled and we all have failed but we must move on...“Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”Philippians 3:12-14 Too often, after our greatest failures, we want to shrink back and hide – avoid confrontations and people. Real men own up to their failures and find redemption. This is where we find our true character. In the thick of our greatest messes, we are given a choice – retreat or repent and restore.I have chosen to own it (and it’s been a lot), repent and restore...what will you chose? You are loved!Peace,
