Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following may be non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect at delivery:
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items returned in used condition
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges case by case based on inventory availability. If you need a different size or item, contact us and we will help you with the best next step.
