Winning the Race That Matters: Eternal Perspective

Sport, like life, has winners and loser. It’s always has and it always will. Despite the wishes of a seemingly blind new culture that wants to teach us “fairness” and insulate of from pain and failure, you will lose and things won’t always go your way. But that’s ok. You see, when we walk with Christ and focus our attention on our relationship with God, we are winning the most important race. The race of eternal life. This weekend, at Moto-Faith Church, we spoke exactly of this, running your own race. Not the “race” to the checker or the race to be the best salesman, business executive or club champion at you golf club. But the race to serve the Lord and share the Gospel. Sure, losing stinks.
