God Pursues You: The Truth About Restoration
The definition of restore is to “bring back”, reinstate. Many of us are always working to restore our relationship with Christ. We are always coming back to seeking Him. But you see, God is always the pursuer of the lost and rebellious. God is always the pursuer, the seeker, the good shepherd in search of His lost, wandering sheep. If you’re a Christian, it’s not because you sought God; it’s because God sought you! “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.”John 15:16 As we continue to seek God and restore our relationship with Him, it’s important for us to remember that it all starts with God. God is the pursuer and He is pursuing you, fighting for you, empowering you, and restoring you because He loves you!Be Nice. Grace wins.
