Gracious Words: Sweet to the Soul
“Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.”Proverbs 16:24 Ok, let’s have some real talk…What do the people around you see on your face? What do the people around you hear when you speak? Do your words, actions and attitudes tell the story of God’s goodness and faithfulness? I sure hope so...but I have a good feeling I fail at this quite a bit. I suspect we all do.So here’s the deal. We need to acknowledge our Gratitude in the highs and lows. Not just to God but to others. When we put into practice regularly acknowledging what we are grateful for, everyone around us is impacted. Our outlook on life and attitude changes. People around us can see and feel the difference. Our facial expressions changes. Our face tells a different story when we are grateful than it does when we are sitting in the negativity. Trust me, I can slip into the negativity in a New York minute. It takes a conscious effort, an intentional effort, to maintain an attitude of gratitude when life isn’t going your way. Right? So let’s ask God to change our hearts on whatever situations we may be facing. Let’s share our gratitude with others. A grateful heart can be displayed in what we don’t say just as much as it’s seen in what we do say. I will tell you today I am grateful the opportunity to get Keytruda to help fight my battle. We start today, let’s go!Be nice, Grace Wins

Drop It
Unforgiveness is like a poison or cancer inside you, slowly eating you alive. The only way to get rid of it is to simply forgive. Drop it, leave it, let it go. That's a picture of true freedom.

Saturated
We're told to wait, and what we're waiting for will be revealed. To be baptized with the Holy Spirit is to be saturated. A person who is saturated knows they are wet. What prayer are you praying as you wait?

The Still Small Voice
God isn't the problem when it comes to hearing Him, we are. He's not always in the wind or the fire, sometimes it's a low whisper. Lean in, pay closer attention, and begin the conversation.
