Press On - Moving Beyond Failure
This life isn’t easy, in fact it’s hard. We all have struggled and we all have failed but we must move on...“Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”Philippians 3:12-14 Too often, after our greatest failures, we want to shrink back and hide – avoid confrontations and people. Real men own up to their failures and find redemption. This is where we find our true character. In the thick of our greatest messes, we are given a choice – retreat or repent and restore.I have chosen to own it, repent and restore...what will you chose?Be Nice. Grace wins.

The Most Expensive Gift
Grace. What is it exactly? Paul says we can't earn God's favor by works. Righteousness comes through faith. Grace is the most expensive gift, given freely to the one who puts his faith in Jesus.

Not Earned
Confidence in our salvation doesn't come from our good works, it comes from God's grace. Our good works are the result of our faith, not a requirement for it.
