The Free Gift of God's Grace
I hope you’ve enjoyed our second “anniversary” week throw back. I’ve enjoyed really enjoyed looking back and thinking about where I am today as to a year ago. Have a great weekend!9/26/19I touched on it yesterday but I want to wrap up our discussion on God’s Grace with a simple concept we need to share with others. It’s the price of His grace. It’s nothing, nada, free! Yep, God’s Grace is free! What’s cool is that Jesus didn’t just die for our past sins, he died for the present and the future sins as well. I know there are a lot of Christians out there that think and believe that Gods Grace is earned through good works. But to be clear, Jesus never said to us that Grace had to be earned. Nope, it’s a gift received by faith. Look, works are important and critical to the life of the disciple and our witness, but they flow out of salvation in gratitude. We were all broken people before we were saved by God’s Grace. I’ve spoken to this many times that the broken past you carry is YOUR testimony to His grace! Only those of us with brokenness see the beauty of His grace and depth of it. “For the death he died he died to sin, once for all, but the life he lives he lives to God.”Romans 6:10 Be nice, Grace Wins!Much love,

The Sixty-Fifth Time
Sixty-five rounds of Keytruda. Plenty of days I asked God to take it away. So did Paul. God said no, then said something better: my grace is sufficient, my power is perfect in weakness.

He Loved First
Watching the sun come up, I can't help but marvel at what God has made. Loving Someone you can't see takes faith. But faith and action don't earn His love, He loved us first.
