When God Answers Someone Else's Prayer First
You ever been praying for something in your life only to see the very thing you’ve been praying for land on someone else? I know I have, and I suspect you have too. But here is the good new when that happens. God is still answering prayers! He just hasn’t answered yours yet. It also doesn’t mean he has a “budget” on answered prayers. You see, we serve a big God and his powers are limitless. So just because you saw your desires land on someone else, don’t think it can’t come to you as well, it can and most likely will if it’s God will for you. Also, maybe let’s not get jealous of the answered prayers someone else received. Does another person’s answer to prayer take anything away from you? Nope, it doesn’t. So instead of letting it bother you, let’s rejoice with them. We all serve the same God. “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”Romans 8:28 Be Nice, Grace Wins!

The Very Thing

Find Him in the Ordinary
We get excited about big blessings, but His blessings are everywhere if we'll just look. The little chats. The slight smile. Even the dogs that need us. All of it is praiseworthy.

Like a Father's Arm
Today is short and sweet because God's love is simple. His love endures forever. I felt it yesterday at treatment, like a father's arm around a son. I am humbled with gratitude.
