When God Says No

I was thinking yesterday about what I’ve written in the past about God’s “no” and how we respond. The thing is the more I thought about it the more I realized not only is God saying no to us and our plan, he is in fact saving us from ourselves! Think about it, what would your life be like if everything you asked for you received? Would you have the same job, wife, children? I submit to you that you wouldn’t. You also wouldn’t be the person you are today.“God is not a wishing well...”. Amen to that! He ain’t Santa. Look, God’s no will prevent you from becoming the person you think you could be so that you can become the person God knows you must be.God made you, and because of that, I guarantee His perceptions of your potential are infinitely higher than your own. Don’t settle.“The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.
