When Jesus Has the Last Word
Read this and for a second, think about what is going on here:“And after crying out and convulsing him terribly, it came out, and the boy was like a corpse, so that most of them said, "He is dead." But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and he arose.”Mark 9:26-27 You see, Jesus’ love always leads from death to life. He does that with us as well. Just when the situation looks and feels hopeless, he bends down and raises us up to set us free by gentleness and His perfect way. A way in which only He can do. It may look to you and everyone else that your hopes and dreams, or maybe a relationship or a career, have died, but Jesus always has the last word. He knows exactly how to pick up the broken pieces and breathe life back into them. If you find yourself in a situation like this, first hold the situation loosely and offer it to the Lord. Sometimes we hold things so tightly, we aren’t aware that the Lord has something better...so, one more time for those in the back,Sometimes we hold things so tightly, we aren’t aware that the Lord has something better! Be sure that what you so desperately desire isn’t second best. If you have a clear word that this is his will, give him your troubles and praise Him. As you wait, chill out. Believe. See with the eyes of faith and expect your deliverer to raise you up!Be Nice. Grace Wins.
