When Life Takes an Unexpected Turn
I talked to a friend yesterday who was diagnosed with Cancer recently. I wasn’t aware of it, but they caught it early and with some radiation, the doctors feel she should be just fine. But it got me thinking how quickly things can turn in our lives just when we think “we got it”. You see, at any given moment, each of us faces a whirlwind in life. It might be financial difficulties, sickness, depression, marital problems, or conflict with our children. During times of testing, people are often not sure what they should do. Should they go or stay, say something or keep quiet? At these times, remember your calling as it corresponds with God’s will, God will protect you and keep His promises. So remember when Paul was being taken to trial with Caesar and there was a huge storm that threatened them and their travels? Well Paul wasn’t worried because he knew what God had planned for him and he trusted he would stand before Caesar. “When the tempest passes, the wicked is no more, but the righteous is established forever.”Proverbs 10:25 Maybe you are in serious trouble today. You are stuck, not knowing what to do next. As long as you trust God, you have nothing to fear. Hang on to Him in your time of difficulty, and He will see you through.Have a great weekend!Be Nice, Grace Wins
