Why We're Still Here After Being Saved
You know, its the most amazing gift knowing we have been saved and promised eternal life in Heaven. But have you ever wondered why we are still here since we’ve been saved and promised salvation? I have, to the extent I find myself anxiously awaiting my turn. But I think I know why we are still here. See, my folks introduced me to the church and to God. But it was the testimony of others who led me to make a personal decision to accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Those “others” I’m referring to are now you and I. See, we provide a critical role in sharing our story to others and bringing Gods grace to them. We have become his disciples, in part, by our decision to give our life to Christ. Can you remember who brought you to your salvation? Better yet, who you know needs to hear your testimony? We are here to keep the word going. Let’s do just that. “We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done. He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers to teach to their children, that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children,”Psalms 78:4-6 Be Nice. Grace Wins. FMJI’m sorry for the late message. I had an early meeting and it was either wake y’all up at 5:45 or be late. Thanks for those who called and checked on me.

Not Earned

What Does It Matter?
When you find yourself judging someone else's motives for sharing the gospel, ask what Paul asked from his prison cell: what does it matter? As long as Christ is preached.

Paid in Full
A Cody Johnson lyric stopped me cold: Jesus has already paid every debt I owe. Most of us walk around with a tally sheet. But the books were balanced two thousand years ago. Tetelestai. Paid in full.
