Are You Playing by God's Rules or Man's Rules?
What "rules" do you play by, human rules or God's rules?
We add things to God's rules and think it helps people. Usually, it causes people to take their eyes off God's rules and put them on our rules. Soon, our rules become more important than God's.
Love one another. Forgive anyone who sins against us. As much as possible live at peace with all people. Honor your parents. Do justly, love mercy, walk humbly before God. Love God with all your heart.
These are God's rules. They are really good rules too. They help us walk in freedom. With the Spirit's help, we can do them too!
"This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men." Matthew 15:8-9
Love one another. Forgive one another.
Be Nice. Grace wins.

Street Cred

He Loved First
Watching the sun come up, I can't help but marvel at what God has made. Loving Someone you can't see takes faith. But faith and action don't earn His love, He loved us first.
