Making Hard Decisions with God's Guidance
It’s hard making big decisions in life. Often times we put it off or because we are so afraid we don’t make them at all. But in those circumstances that demand a grown up response, those who trust in God can look to him for guidance. That’s the only way I know how to make them. In the Bible David faced some pretty tough and humiliating conditions. He poured out his heart to the Lord, trusting God’s faithfulness and love to those who obey God’s word and then seeking God’s forgiveness for his screw ups. Maybe the decisions your dealing with are the result of your own wrongdoing. Nevertheless, like David, a repentant heart can set you up to receive needed guidance. “All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies. For your name's sake, O Lord, pardon my guilt, for it is great. Who is the man who fears the Lord? Him will he instruct in the way that he should choose.”Psalms 25:10-12 Give it up, hand it over and ask for His help. His shoulders are bigger than yours. Be Nice, Grace Wins!
