Think Before You Speak: The Power of Words
I’m really enjoying diving into the area of the power of words. We need to be conscious of how we use them and the results of what will happen when we do. That means we need to be actively thinking about what and how we use our words. “The heart of the righteous ponders how to answer, but the mouth of the wicked pours out evil things.”Proverbs 15:28 If you’re like me, there have been times in my life that I’ve been a little too quick speak and not thinking through what I was going to say. I’ve gotten myself in quite the pickle many times...too many, Ha!So let’s try and slow our response and give the words we use the thought they need before we send them out. Once they’re out, they’re hard to take back. Be Nice, Grace Wins!
