Self-Corrected
Our lives are driven by our strongest thoughts, both positive and negative. I can tell you, over the last five years, I've fought with all of them, and often.
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."
Romans 12:2
Man, I can sure be guilty of falling into the realm of negative thoughts when things get messy. But isn't it awesome that through our faith in Christ we don't have to stay in that mindset? A little prayer and supplication, and we're back on track.
Where is your mind today? Are you focused on the goodness of God's grace, or are you dwelling on the negative?
I can tell you this. I'm glad I'm writing this today, because I have self-corrected as I've gone.
Be Nice. Grace Wins.

We Got It

Gratitude is easy with the people close to us. But what about the others? The clerk, the waiter, the neighbor. Jesus made time for everyone. Look one stranger in the eye today and mean it.

What We Don't Say
What do people see on your face? What do they hear when you speak? Gratitude shapes our outlook, our attitude, even our expressions. And sometimes the most grateful thing we can do is not say the thing.
